GEORGIA, your N.O.W is here! Nurse Practitioners On Wheels®️ is the FIRST tiny house mental health clinic on wheels. Standing 22 feet long, 8.5 ft wide and 13.5 ft tall, the tiny clinic can accomodate individuals in a warm, home-like setting where you will come feeling like a patient but leave feeling like family. Shared Care
Shared medical appointments (SMAs) is a series of one-on-one encounters with patients in a group setting as an alternative to individual medical appointments for women with depression and anxiety disorders. The SMA model offers advantages in terms of peer support and the ability to schedule appointments sooner.
Biofeedback Therapy
When we are stressed, our body is out of sync. Depleting emotions like anger, frustration, anxiety and worry lead to disorder in our nervous system. Shifting your heart's rhythm creates optimal neural, hormonal and biochemical environment for your body. Dr. Patterson will use evidence based techniques and mindfulness therapy to teach you how to shift from stress and frustration to balance, clarity, improved sleep and resilience with real-time feedback, based on your own heart rhythm. You will also receive 500+ guided meditations for one year.
School Based Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
Onsite psychiatric evaluations and medication management follow ups with our psychiatric nurse practitioner on wheels or via telehealth is available to schools.
Adult Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
For individuals who prefer in person treatment.
